Wazifas

Q: My question is in connection with reciting the last aayah (24) of surah qasas for a good spouse. Can one read the aayah with intention of it being with one specific person?

Q: One of my family members has put in an offer and would probably end up purchasing an apartment that belonged to a deceased gay couple. Kindly advise if there is any part of the Qur'an, Duas or Wazifas that should be recited before occupying the place.

Recite first ayat of surah yusuf thrice and continue the ayat reciting ya allahu ya mureed. Again recite darood Ibrahim. Blow onto the water. Drink it in 3 breaths, keeping the image of your taller height in your mind. This has to be done twice a day after fajr and isha prayer. Is this wazifa right? Is there any other wazifa or du'aa for growing tall height?

Q: My husband is in Saudi and his kafil is not giving him holiday. We prayed a lot to Allah Ta'ala. Is there any dua by which my husband can get holiday and he can come back to India. Please give me a dua to get my husband back.

Q: What is Bismillah Shareef? Is it Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem?
