The laws of a ma'zoor

Q: I have a chronic disease with no cure, which is the inability to hold urination. My clothing is always soiled with urine.

  1. Do I have to change every time I have to pray, knowing that most of the time I'm away from home. What if I can not pray on time?
  2. Sometimes I start to pray and urine comes out, do I have to finish or stop praying?

Becoming excited when talking to girls

Q: I am 22 years old and work in an IT company. I have to interact with a lot of girls all the time to solve their computer issues and while talking to them I get excited and a white liquid flows from my penis. But, it does not lead to ejaculation. Altough my intentions are not pervert I had this issue when I used to carry small kids as well but it has stopped now. But I still have this issue with girls. So,does it break my gusul ? Do I have to take gusul again? Is there any way to stop this?

Peel off nail polish

Q: I would just like to know if it is permissible to wear 'peel off nail polish' that you can put on after performing wudhu, and then peel off when you need to make your next wudhu, it peels off easily, also comes off in water. So would it be permissible to use and can you pray salaah with it?

Performing Salaah after touching a person who uses perfumes which may contain alcohol

Q: Just before salaah was started by the imaam, i gave a hand to someone. When I smelled my hand I smelt some perfume odour. The person's hand was dry, in this case if the perfume he used did contain alcohol or any other impure ingredients did they transfer to my hand? Is my Salaah valid?

Delaying having a bath after intercourse

Q: After intercourse if I get any najasat impurity on my body then immediately I wash off everything then in the morning before going to the gym I don't takea bath and wear my gym garments then after coming back from the gym I take a bath. I know this will clean all the impurity but some day if I dont have intercourse with my husband and before going to the gym I use the same unwashed gym garments then tell me this will make me impure najis or am I pure? Because I get a little sweat while I excercise.

Standing in Salaah next to a person who uses pig skin leather shoes

Q: In Europe leather men shoes have leather sole. Mostly this leather is from pork-leather since the sole has to be soft, and being soft is one of characteristic of pork-leather. Now it is that most Muslim buy such shoes and wear them. My question is since these shoes are commonly worn and we do not know exactly who wears them only that is very common, how should our behavior be in the rows of Salaah since people do stand feet to feet. Their socks do they become impure by wearing the shoes as inside the shoe there will some humidity after all, and people do touch each other with their feet i.e with the socks. Since this is a matter of Umoom al Balwaa what is the view of the Ulamaa on this issiue?

Washing the limbs of wudu without wasting water

Q: When I make wudhu it takes too long at times as I feel I am not wetting or covering all parts of the limb I am washing. This is also causing the wastage of water. What can I do to ensure that I do not waste water and over wash? If I rub water over my arms or legs 3 times (and try to cover all areas of the arm or leg) but not every single hair gets wet will this count as still being wet and my wudhu accepted? I would say my arms and legs take the longest.
