Q: A lady is old and wears a napkin. It is difficult for her to walk and needs to have assistance. If her napkin becomes wet often, does she need to go to the toilet as well as change that napkin every time? It is very difficult for her. She cannot do any of these things by herself and needs for it to be done for her.

Q: After a wet dream or sexual relation with the wife when ghusal becomes farz, if I touch any utensil like a glass or plate would it become najis? Or I just washed my face then wiped it on a towel then I used this towel after I have a shower, would my ghusal be valid? Or do I have to wash these before I or someone else uses it. I get confused thinking this is wrong that until I have a shower I should not touch anything with wet hands.
