Q: Mera sawal yeh hai ke teen talaaq ke baad agar sohar aur biwi phir se sath rehna chahe aur halaala nikah ke liye showhar kisi shaks se kahe ki meri saali hai aur usko uske sauhar ne talaaq de di hai phir usko halala nikah ka masla bataye ki halala nikah mein aisa hota hai ki koi shaks talaaq shuda aurat se shaadi karta hai phir talaaq de deta hai ki woh apne sauhar k liye halal ho jaye aur woh shaks halala k liye tyaar ho jata hai magar us shaks par yeh shart nhi ayad ki jaati hai ki tum humbistari k baad talaaq de dena aur iske liye ladki bhi raazi ho jaati hai phir nikaah k baad din mein woh dono hotel mein jaate hai aur humbistari karke woh shaks 15 minute baad talaaq de deta hai to kya halala ho gaya?

Q: Mera sawal yeh hai ki halaala nikah mein ijab aur qubool se pahle agar ladke k dil mein yeh hai ki nikaah k baad humbistari k baad apni biwi ko talaaq de dunga ki woh apne sabiq sauhar k liye halal ho jaye aur ladki k dil mein bhi yahi hai ki talaaq k baad woh apne sabiq sauhar se nikah kar legi to kya halaala nikah ho jayega?

Q: Mera sawal yeh hai ke mere bhai ne 5-6 month pahle apni biwi ko teen talaaq de di thi phir uske dowst ne ek maulana se fatwa lakar diya ke teen talaaq ayk hoti hai aur woh log sohar biwi ki tarah rahne lage phir hamare ghar ek alim sahab aye aur unhone kaha ki 3 talaaq ka matlab talaaq ho gayi hai aur talaaq diye hue 5-6 month ho gaye hai to iddat ki muddat to khatm ho gayi jo ap logo ne mubashrat ki woh haram hai ab iski surat yeh hai ki halala hoga phir mere bhai ne apne dost se halala ke liye baat ki aur usko masla bataya magar yeh shart nahi lagayi ki mubashrat k baad woh talaaq de dega is tarah se nikah hua aur woh log din mein jakar hotel mein humbistari ki phir 1/2 ghante baad usne talaaq de di jab usse kaha gaya ki tumne apni marzi se talaaq di hai to usne kaha haan to kya halaala nikah ki sharait poori ho gayi?

Q: I am from South Africa. I am A Hanafi. I was married to a Hanafi girl from India. We were married for 3 years. We were happy living together since her dad came to live with us from India. He lived with us and I had my own flat. But my Marriage ended because the father interfered and jadoo was done. I out of anger gave her six talaaqs in one sitting in front of witnesses. After I gave the talaaq, I realized what I have done. I gave the girl R10 000 for her iddat concession. She went back to India to spend the iddat and her dad is still here in SA. I Spoke to her mother, aunty, cousin, brother and sister about getting back together. They all accept and the girl also is willing to get back together. So my my question to you is? Is Halaala allowed in Islam? And obviously planned halaala is haraam, but if the girl verbally tells the man she is marrying would that be accepted? My marriage was arranged and Allah blessed us with mohabbet. It is hard to forget her and I really do love her. I ask Allah every day to forgive me for the great sin that I have done by divorcing her. We do not have any kids. I really want to get back with her. Please give me a break down on what is allowed in Shari'ah and what is not allowed. Because I fear Allah and do not want to commit a sin or live for the rest of my life with sin.

Q: Mera sawaal ye he ke maine meri biwi ko teen talaak ek saath di. Us waqt me islam me ziyada nahi samjta tha, phir galti ka ehsas hua ki ye galat ho gya. Ham dono ne waapas sath rehne ka faisla liya or hum ne bad eddat ke halala kia. Halala meri biwi ki sagi bahan ke sohar ke sath hua or halala ki saari sharte puri hui. Bad halala ke wapas talak ho gayi or bad iddat ke hum dono ne wapas nikah kar liya. Lekin ab kisi molana se pucha to bataya ke ap ka halala hua hi nahi. To ye halala hua ya nahi? Please sari details saaf saaf bataye.
