Q: My question is, why doesnt the Holy Quran speak directly to women? The Holy Quran speaks directly to men in several cases but why doesnt it speak directly to women. I am a Muslim and do believe that Allah is the greatest, kind and just and in no way believe that He favoured men over women. Therefore, I do know there must be a reason for why Allah did not directly talk to women in the Holy Quran as with men. I also know that in that age more men could read than women but Allah created the Holy Quran until the end of time not just for that age.
Q: I heard a translation of the Quran in which it was being said 'nothing but guidance'. Does it mean all the various things mentioned in the Quran are the aspects of guidance?
Q: "Those who died in the path of Allah Ta'ala we should not call them dead, instead they are provided with their susbtence." I want to now the meaning of this aayah. I am totally confused.

1. Can we recite the Quran without wudu when we know the surahs by heart, i.e. without touching the Quran?
2. If yes then does the same rule apply to surahs in which there is an aayat of sajdah?
3. Also, should we perform sajdah?
