Q: What is the rank of the Yusuf Ali Translation of Quraan. Is it advisable to allow a laymen to take benefit from it?

Q: Recently I was copying from a book the fourteen locations of Sijdah at Tilawah. Please advise whether I must do Sijdah Tilawat when I am writing an Ayat of Sijdah.

Q: Could the following be verified with a source please:

1. While memorizing the Holy Quran, If a person passes away the Angels of the grave will assist him in completion.
2. The place on the body which received hiding while doing hifz will not be burnt in the fire of Hell.

Q: I have a pocket quraan with a cover, the quraan can easily be removed from the cover, is it permissible for me, when I do not have wudhu, to hold the quran and recite and also to hold the pages whenever I turn but without holding the arabic text?

Q: If one reads Surah Yaseen before Fajr instead of after, will he still get the reward of his days needs being fulfilled?

Q: Can we do sajdah tilaawat sitting?

Q: Generally, we hear people mention that duas are accepted upon the completion of the Qur'aan Majeed. Is this correct? If yes, then after which type of khatam will duas be accepted, when one completes the Qur'aan Majeed individually or when the khatam takes place in a madrasah jalsah?

Q: When you say that the minimum of reciting the quran for a hafidh, you mean the one that has already completed his hifz? Is it the same for the one who isn't hafidh yet. In my case, i've memorised 5 siparas. What 's the minimum for me to revise daily?

Q: Is there any dislike in joining ayats when reading the Quran, i.e. reading "Ar-Rahmani-Raheemi-Maliki-Joami-Deen" instead of "Ar-Rahmani-Raheem" followed "Maliki-Joami-Deen" (the 3rd and 4th ayats of Surah Al Fatihah)? Or is there no preferability between joining or not?

Q: Please explain the concept of this hadith - Hadrat Anas Radi Allahu Taala Anhu reported that the Messenger of Allah Peace And Blessings Be Upon Him has said, “Everything has a heart, and the heart of the Qur’an is Yasin. Allah records anyone who recites Yasin as having recited the Qur’an ten times.” [Sunan Tirmidhi, Vol 2, Page 116 - Sunan Daarimi, Vol 2, Page 336]

What does reciting of Yaseen is equal to 10 Quran mean, what will be rewards of reciting the entire Quran which would also include Surah Yaseen? Is reciting Surah Yaseen superior to reciting Quran, please clarify?
