Q: I don't know if my heart has truly forgiven my wife for this unforgettable act she committed (adultery). We are still together but I can't seem to forget and I can't seem to get over it. It is really bringing such pain within my heart and it's almost 3 years past. I know I have to be strong but I can't stop thinking about it. Is this because I didn't really forgive or is this just what I must live with. Please advise me how can I get past this and live a normal life with my wife without the memory of this betrayal?

Q: I had a question, I commited zina with a woman who is my wife. She got pregnant at the time however we did not repent at that time. The imam that married us was aware that she was pregnant but he did not make us do tobah. We got married and then we had repented for what we had done. We both were not aware at the time that you must repent or the marriage may be invalid. It has been four years since and I wish to know is our marriage valid or invalid.

Q: I have a question about zina. For example there is a man named Adnan and a woman named Fatimah. Fatimah calls Adnan and asks him to come over. Now Adnan is scared he might to do zina with her. So he ejaculates without a partner. Is ejaculating worse then zina or would the sin had been lessened if he had gone to her? And also Adnan isn't capable to get married so was it ok for him to ejaculate without a partner from the intention of saving himself from doing zina? Of course it isn't permissible to ejaculate without a partner (istimbaat fil yad) but was it ok for him to do it that one time to save himself from zina? Should he have made sabr or was it ok for him to do that?

Q: I cheated with my wife by sleeping with another women. My wife came to know about it. She says if I say it's true then she wants talaaq. Should I lie to her that it's not true and continue with our marriage or should I tell her the truth.

Q: If a man did zina with a prostitute by giving her money and no one knows about it. Now the man wants to make tawbah. In what way will he get his forgiveness?

Q: If someone commits zina and then feels bad and wants to offer tauba and istighfaar with this hope that Allah Ta'ala will forgive him, but after tauba should he present himself before law authorities for Islamic punishment i.e sangsaar or not?
