Plucking white hairs

Q: Recently in one of your replies, the following Arabic extract was quoted. ولا بأس بنتف الشيب

I was taught that it is not good to pluck out white hair which seems to contradict this extract. Please explain to me the ruling on plucking out white hair.

Female going to a salon for waxing

Q: I am getting married in two weeks inshallah. I ask for your duas of barakah and happiness inshallah.

I suffer from polycystic ovarian syndrome. My main issue is high testosterone in my body. Medication helps but does little to control excessive hair growth. Most woman have hair on their legs, however with pcos it is excessive thick hair and is like that all over the body. This is no an exaggeration. I am hairier than my father. I even have thick long hair on my lower back and the private area just below that. I do manage my hair through waxing but never bothered hard to reach areas since I was not married and was not lawful to remove.

My question is, can I go to a salon where there is no men and have waxing done professionally as it is excessive growth and I cannot manage it on my own. Even the areas I can access I have painful in growns and acne. Leaving the hair and saying that my husband wont mind, I think is incorrect because this is no way near normal. Even shaving is painful for me and leaves lots of acne and again, it is hard for me to access.

Women cutting their hair

Q: What is the evidence that women cannot cut their hair? I have searched online for evidence but have not across anything clear. Can a women trim their hair that is below the buttocks (such that it remains still below the buttocks and does not resemble men)?

Using black dye

Q: When explaining the maslah of Khidaab, my teacher said the following (In his own words):

Within Ahnaaf, there is two qowls on whether you can do black khidaab for beauty (zeenat)

1. According to some, it isn't permissable at all, it is haraam.

2. A lot of muftiyaani karaam and people of fataawa have given the fatwah of jawaaz. (This is excluding the situation when an old man has married a young women, because in this situation it is permissibile to do black khidaab, and this is the qowl of nearly all the fuqahaa).

My question is, do the Hanafiyah actually have the second qowl mentioned above? From what I have read on your website and ask imam, black khidaab isn't permissible. He also mentioned that Allahmah Ibnul Qayim has wrote a list of the Sahaabah radiyallahu anhum who would do black khidaab in zaadul ma'aad.
