Hair and Nails

Q: Is it permissible for a person to dispose of his hair (moustache hair, unwanted hair, etc.) in the toilet or dustbin?

Q: I am an LGMD and CCF sufferer and my husband got stage IV cancer. Lately my weight has shot up to nearly 120 kg and my hip joints are so tight that we can't even have sex. Also I am unable to clean up my private parts - I mean getting rid of the hair there, not washing. I tried shaving, but I got shaving rash and I can't reach the deeper parts. I tried waxing and removal creams. I nearly climbed through the roof from the reaction with my sensitized skin!

I am at wits end. I know the Sunnah says clean up there every six weeks at least, but what if you can't and you don't have close family that could help you? My husband can't either.

My question is now, taking the aforementioned into account and I know Allah would forgive me for things I can't do, would it be permissible for me to leave the hair on my private parts? I still remove the hair from my armpits every 4 to 6 weeks.

Q: What is the general ruling for a Muslim regarding disposing off his/her nails and hairs. 

Q: If a person shaves his moustache over the bathroom sink every morning, would this be OK even though the stubbles of hair will go down the drain? Or does he have to shave over a container to collect the stubbles of hair in order to bury them?

Q:

1. What should be done with the umbilical cord stump (clamp) after it gets detached from the baby?

2. What should be done to an extracted tooth?

3. How can the underarm hairs/ pubic hairs be disposed of? Can it be flushed through the toilet basin?

4. Can we despose of the nails through hand wash basin?

Q: Are chemical hair treatments like rebonding, hair relaxing, extensions permissible?

Q: Can women use an eraser for shaving unwanted hairs?

Q:

1. Are the sideburns regarded as part of the beard in Islam? Is it allowed for men to shave them?

2. While trimming one's sideburns, if a few hairs of the beard are accidentally cut (the hair of the beard being shorter than one's fist), will it be a sin?

Q: Is it permissible for a man to remove the hair on his legs?

Q: Is it permissible to allow another Muslim woman to wax one's legs from after the knee and full hands?
