Breaking one's promise with Allah Ta'ala

Q: I made an oath/promise that if Allah takes me into the third year (of University) I won't look at Haraam videos. So far Alhumdulillah I have kept up this promise but day by day I am finding it hard to keep it. So can I change the promise to something else like pray Tahajjud everyday or something else. Because I am afraid I might break the promise. However I don't plan on breaking the promise but just in case if it does happen.

Note: I am not in the third year yet bet most likely I will be Inshallah.

Protection from all evil

Q: I am facing a big problem that some thing is running on my head since three or four years. This may be black magic. I need your help I cannot pray or read Quran. If I start this this thing becomes angry and hurts me everywhere. Please help me out of this.

Overlooking the faults of others

Q: I am a divorced woman and had a painful life with my ex for 28 years. I did not fight or argue with him because of his bad manners and the disrespectful words that he used all the time. He abused me mentally and emotionally until the divorce took place. He had passed away couple of years ago.  I have all the bad memories with him, however my children are asking me to go to his grave to say that I have forgiven him and that I am free of all the pain and emotions that were because of him. They say that it will heal me and make me happy. I have verbally forgotton him in my duas many times but in my heart the pain is there. What should I do to clean my heart from him? I am thinking that why should I have to visit his grave while I was divorced and had no contact with him for a long time and still asking Allah Almighty to clean my heart. Your advice according to shariah will be appriciated for visiting his grave and saying those words.

Passing away due to gallbladder cancer

Q: It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “The martyrs are five: the one who dies of the plague, the one who dies of a stomach disease, the one who drowns, the one who is crushed beneath a falling wall, and the martyr who is killed for the sake of Allaah.” So My question is that “Does a person who died of Gallbladder cancer attain the status of a martyr?”

Mobile recharge in exchange of using a website to send SMS

Q: An Indian website is giving money as mobile recharge in exchange of using that website to send SMS in India. We have to sign up on the website and become a member. When a member sends an SMS to any contact number, he gets 2 paisa. Like this, the more one sends SMS, the more money one earns. We can send only 50 SMS per day, means we can earn only 1 rupee as mobile recharge. When a member has earned 10 rupees at least, the he becomes able to recharge his mobile SIM Card. The member can send this money to any mobile number via website. I used this website and made two accounts with different mobile numbers. Now I send 50 SMS from my one accounts to another and earn money as mobile recharge. Please tell me if my earnings are Halal? Is using this website Haram? Or if there is any condition to use such website for earning money, then describe please.
