Q: I saw that I am vomiting and vomit has small small brown insects which are alive and not dead and saying to my Ammi that you need look at me since I am not keeping well.
A: Vomiting in a dream refers to turning to Allah Ta'ala in tawbah. The one who turns to Allah Ta'ala in tawbah and improves his relationship with Allah Ta'ala and the creation, Allah Ta'ala assists him in all his affairs and removes his difficulties.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
