Q: AGR halala krny wala shuhar hambistri k bgher talaq dydy or dobara English maheeno ky teesry maheeny ki aakhri tareekh ko rujuh kry or dobara nikah Kr ky hambistri kry kya ye halala jaiz hy.

1. Kiya halala krny wala rujuh Kr Sakta hy.

2. Iddat Islamic teen mheeny hoti hy ya English.

3. AGR shohr kahy maiñ tumain teen talaq deta hun tm mri traffic sy aazad ho to WO rujuh Kr Sakta hy.

4. Kya Ab Jo halala hoa WO Thik hoa.

A:

1. Hambistari ke ba ghayr halalah durust nahi hota.

2. Iddat-e-talaaq mehine se shumaar nahi hoti balke teen haidh se shumaar hoti he.

3. Teen talaaq dene ke bad ruju karna durust nahi.

4. Agar matlab ye ho ke pehle nikaah me chunke halaalah nahi huwa lihaaza usne dobarah shaadi ki aur dobarah shaadi karne ke bad hambistari ki aur phir talaaq ki naubat aayi. Agar ye matlab ho to ye pehle shohar keliye halaal he iddat guzarne ke bad.
