Doubts of having committed kufr

Q: If one feels like he committed an act of kufr, will the shahaadah he reads in salah after be sufficient for him to enter Islam again?

Or does he have to say the shahaadah separately with the intention of accepting Islam?

A: If he does not have proof that he had committed an act of kufr, but merely has a doubt in his mind that perhaps he could have committed an act of kufr during his life, then he should not pay attention to the doubt. However, he should recite the kalimah tayyibah in abundance.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
