Husband drawing inanimate pictures on his wife's body

Q: I would like to ask that if a husband with a ball pen or marker makes a love sign or writes something or draws an inanimate picture on the body of a wife, will that be counted a tatoo.

It is just for the husband and wife to see and not others. It is not a permanent picture, it is removed when taken a bath. Is it permissible?

A: This does not conform to the Islamic teachings and Islamic culture and it also resembles the actions of people who put tattoos on their bodies. Hence, a believer should refrain from this.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
