Q: I had given my wife a Talaaq Rajii (revokable) in October 2024 after she demanded it.
During the iddat period we had been intimate but I did not utter the words that "I am taking her back".
I am a Hanafi and she is a Shafi. I'm not sure if that makes a difference.
My question is whether she is still in my nikaah.
A: Yes, she is still in your nikaah. Through you being intimate with her, the rujoo has taken place and the talaaq has been revoked.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
