Listening to the Quraan Shareef while working

Q: Can I listen to Quraan while working, and while listening to the Quraan, can I make Zikr?

A: You rather make zikr and remember Allah Ta'ala while working. Listening to the Quraan Majeed while working is not in keeping to the adab (respect) of the Quraan Majeed, which the Quraan Majeed deserves. The command of Shari'ah is that when the Quraan Majeed is being recited , then one should remain silent and pay attention to the recitation. 

While working, you will not be able to give the recitation the due respect and attention it deserves.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
