Purity of water after a person submerges his hand in the bucket

Q: If there is 20l of water and a person submerges their hand in the bucket, does the water became unsuitable for istinja and wudhu?

A: The water can be used for istinja and wudu provided there is no impurity on the person's hand.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
