Q: What is the Islamic verdict on family vacation and trips, for example to parks and most isolated places where there is not a lot of people - are only the men allowed to go while the women and girls have to stay at home or can the whole family take the occasional trip/vacation to travel and sightsee?
A: It is the best thing for women to stay at home. And with all that carries on in these resorts etc. it is safer for men to be at home as well.
