Consuming the meat of the sacrificial animal first on the Day of Eidul Adha

Q: On bakri eid, for sunnah fasting till one eats of the qurbani animal, when does that sunnah fast start? Is it from sehri time like Ramadan that one shouldn't eat anything? 

If I awake early and eat before sehri ends, will that still be within the sunnat?

A: This is not a shari fast. Fasting on the two days of Eid has been prohibited in the Hadith. However, to show honour, respect and appreciation to the invitation of Allah Ta‘ala for the meat of the sacrificial animal which Allah Ta'ala feeds His servants on the day of Eid, we are encouraged in the Hadith to make the meat of the sacrificial animal the first thing which we consume on the Day of Eidul Adha.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
