Q: I dreamt that someone showed me a man and said he is world's richest man and when I lookede towards that man he was wearing ihraam.
A: The meaning of the dream is that the true wealth is the wealth of the hereafter. A person in the state of ihraam draws from the treasures of Allah Ta'ala and abandons the things of this world e.g. Applying perfume, wearing sewn clothes, etc.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
