Women becoming emotional

Q: Me and my wife had a verbal fight and she started screaming to me that Quran ki qasam tum mujehay talaaq do. What is your advice?

Unable to have children

Q: I hope that Hazrat is well. Hazrat, my wife and I have been trying to conceive for more than three years now. There has been one miscarriage in the middle. My wife was diagnosed with PCOS Cysts on the ovaries which make it slightly more difficult to conceive but not impossible. We have recently been referred to fertility Doctors. After a recent sperm test, the Doctors found that there are no actual sperm present in my ejaculation. Hazrat, what could I do about this? I feel extremely despondent at times as many of those who are married after us are becoming pregnant or have recently had babies. I know that this is all Allah's will but I sometimes feel sad. What can Hazrat suggest?

Doubts and stray thoughts

Q: A year back in my absence some people living in the house used to consume alcohol. When I came back I washed the utensils and made them clean. However I cleaned the glasses with liquid soap and water using my hand and not a sponge as I did not want impurity to spread. I also washed the glasses later on when some kitchen work was going on. Though I don't use those glasses but I feel that whenever it touches other utensils it makes it impure. Only recently I saw a black dot stuck on it. It could be dust etc as we don't use those glasses now. I'm being paranoid that what if I hadn't washed it properly those two times and it's impurity stuck. A pure utensil had touched the glasses and now I'm being very paranoid. I'm tired of this ocd problem of mine and sometimes I feel that religion is over burdening and I can't handle it. Please help me. As I fear that Allah will just not accept my worship and instead of praying I keep myself involved in all this.

Hajj, one of the five pillars of Islam, is compulsory for all those who can afford such a pilgrimage. No single event in the life of a Muslim is more spiritually uplifting and rewarding than to embark on the journey of Hajj. The Hajj Investment Scheme helps to turn your pilgrimage dream into a reality. What are the benefits you will enjoy?

What qualification criteria apply?
•       A minimum deposit of R100 is required to open the account
•       Funds earn profits in terms of a pre-agreed profit sharing ratio
•       Benefits are only extended to those proceeding for Hajj/Umrah irrespective of the term of investment

Doubts problem

Q: I have an elder brother who is very pious and religious person. But from few days he's caught up in doubts during ghusal. He's bathing for more than 3 hours. He's continuously washing hands for hours. My parents are worried. He's missing prayers frequently and even he's breaking his cleanliness during the nights. He's a very good boy who is not involved in any affairs. He even used to sit for i'tikaaf in Ramadhaan. I request you to give me helpful advice. And also let me know what's the reason behind this.

Doubts regarding purity

Q: I have always been very doubtful and may have OCD so now I am trying to overcome this illness but I can never know what to do. I have a cold so my mother told me to take some steam it was from a pot that was from the previous owners of the house. They said they were Muslims but many Muslims here eat non halal meat. I don't know if the previous owners 5 years ago ate un halal meat or not. but they left a dish which my mom uses when anyone needs to take steam because she doesn't want the sick germs to go into her cooking pots. She has washed the pot before but I don't know if she read the kalima while she cleaned it. If I took steam from this dish am I napaak? Is the towel I put over my head while taking steam napaak? I have touched so many things after that are they all napaak? If I used the towel after wudu to wipe my face before praying did my wudu break and did my namaaz count? On the dish there were some orange/ red marks and took some very hot water from the dish and a kitchen towel to wipe and see if there were permenent but they came off. Now I don't know what they were from and if it was halaal or not and if I made the kitchen towel napaak? My mum thinks I'm crazy so she won't believe me about washing the towels because I am always making her wash everything but I just don't know what to do? Is the kitchen towel napaak? If someone uses it to dry their hands will they become napaak too? I am too stressed out about these and it is really hard for my recovery from being a doubtful person what do I do?
