Husbands illegitimate child

Q: I need advice please. Several years ago my husband wanted to marry a woman he made pregnant. I didn't accept it then because I feel it is wrong to want to cover up a big sin like that with marriage. He chose to stay with me when I gave him an ultimatum. The child is 11 years now. The mother passed on and he wants to bring the child to our home because she apparently got no relatives. I am not willing to bring this child up after all the pain he put me through he has the gumption to ask me to bring up his illegitimate child! I feel so much hatred for him right now.

Taking care of a mentally disabled child

Q: I am a single mother of my only son who is 29 years of age and is mentally disabled. The reason I am writing this question to you is because he gets a monthly disable grant and I wanted to know if I can use a portion of that money for my personal needs or do I have to ask him or either tell him? And the other is that I wanted to know if I wanted to buy his groceries for the month do I have to ask him or tell him because he is unable to do his shopping by himself?

Mufti Saheb I also request that you advise me accordingly on what is the Shari'ah ruling and the best way to handle this situation and also to make special dua for my son and for myself.

Naqshabandi tariqa

Q: What is mufti's opinion on being initiated into the Naqshbandi tariqa? Is it authentic? Allegedly there is a connection from the Sheikh Muhammad Nazim Adil al-Haqqani qaddasa-l-Lahu sirrah to Prophet Muhammad ibn Abd Allah, Salla Allahu `alayhi wa alihi wa sallam, is this true?

Leaving the home during iddat

Q: A friend received one talaaq from her husband. She needs to know if she still needs to sit in her iddat? She is the breadwinner of the family - work starts from 7:30 am until 6pm - Can she still continue to go to work and fetch kids from school as well as do grocery shopping? There are no family members to assist - Dad passed away and other siblings are sisters who do not know how to drive. Also, if she does have to sit in Iddat and is allowed to leave the house for work, school rounds and grocery shopping, then is hijaab only required or niqaab is required as well?

Intentions

Q: If a woman marrys a man simply for the dowry then steals from the man forcing a divorce how does Allah judge this case?
