Q: Is it permissible for a woman in menses to recite the Quraan from her phone as she will not be touching the actual Quraan? 

Q: My daughter's name is Hajirah but we are confused as to what is the actual spelling of the name. Please let us know the correct spelling as in English and urdu. Also the meaning of the name. Some people suggested that you should not have kept this name as she would also face hardship like Hajirah (alaihas salaam). Also this is an old name. Kindly advise.

Q: A woman is at some public place (e.g park, bazar, airport) and she has to offer fardh salaah. What will be the correct method:

1. Offer salaah with qiyaam

2. Offer salaah while sitting (omitting qiyaam due to the presence of na mahrams around)

3. Offer first rakaat with qiyaam, while the rest of the rakaats sitting.

Q: We know that in Islam a woman is forbidden from asking for khula for no legitimate reason. We also know that she cannot prevent her husband from marrying a second wife.

In the case where the wife deeply knows that she cannot cope with having a co-wife and this causes her alot of emotional harm, hatred towards her husband which causes her to not wanting to fulfil his rights nor stay with him or look at him, in this case, is that a legitamate reason for her to ask for a divorce if the husband tells her that he is going to get married to a second wife?

Q: I am a government employee. I work on the computer. Often, there is little work and most of the time we are free. My questions are: 

1. Can I use the Govt. computer and internet for further learning advanced technologies?

2. Can I use it for listening to Islamic lectures?

3. Can I use it for work with some other companies as most the time I have no work to do?

Furthermore, the internet service is free and does not incur extra charges. 

Q: My mother suffered with asraat a few years back. Alhumdullilah she got cured back then with the help of Quran. That time the raqi did say that there was black magic done on my mother but he didn't say who did it. I have observed my phupo (dad's sisters) that she only visits our place on full moon days like purnam or something like that...

I don't know what it is but it makes me worried for my parents. We, as a family have seen hell this long. I don't want to think anything evil about my phupo but it just flashes in my mind... Please help me with any dua or anything that could make me get rid of this feeling.
