Q: Mujhy aik nihayat aham masly pr ab sy baat krni hae. darasal mery aik nahayt aziz hain, un ki walida or walid ka nikah 30 saal pehly hua tha. un k walid army main thy or shadi k theek 15 saal bad un k walid jang main chaly gye... lekin loat kr na aye. 5 saal tak wait krny k bad kyun k un k walid ki koi khabar na thi... un ki walida ny doosri shadi krdi.. lekin rihaysh apni olad k sath he rakhi... is dosri shadi k taqreeban aik sal bad un k pehly shohar wapis agye jo k jang main qaid kr diye gye thy. ab is hal main islam ki taleemat k mutabiq hamain agah karian. or agar woh dono phir sy aik hona chahty hain to us ka koi hal batain

Q: Please inform me the law in the hanafi mazhab if news regarding the demise of one's husband was received and after iddah, the widow got married to another man but after some years the first husband comes back. Which nikaah will be valid? With the first husband or the second husband? The woman has one child from the first husband and two children from the second husband?
