Hurmat-e-Musaaharah

Q: When my friend was 14 or 15 year old, he intentionally touched his mother while masturbating but he is in doubt whether the lust was due to masturbation or due to touching his mother. He has repented from his previous lifestyle. Has hurmat musahara occurred or not?

If it has occured according to hanafis couldnt he take fatwa of other scholars on this because if his father divorces his mother their family will get destroyed as he has other siblings also and they will almost become mad.

Q: A few months ago after I had returned from a journey to my home, my mother touched me with her both hands on my face and she was crying as she missed me. She touched me 2-3 times and I felt strange and did my best to stop the feeling which might constitute hurmat musaharah. The feeling and notions stopped after few seconds but the private part reached its limit. This all happend within 15-20 seconds and my mother stopped touching me on my cheeks. Does hurmat take place? My parents are of liberal mindset and I'll have to face problems after announcing this. Should I keep quiet? Or reveal this to them?

Q: I wanted to ask if a daughter or daughter in law saw their father or dather in laws inner part in a video which got viral on social media, does it constitute hurmat-e-musaharah?

Q: If one's husbands brother touch his brothers wife with lust or the wife touches her husbands brother with lust, does it affect the relationship between the husband and wife?

Q: I have done something terrible. I slept with my mother's husbend before they got married. I have not told her and they have been married for 4 years now. But I am full of regret and full of guilt. I am also married now Alhamdulillah and don't know what to do. I can't sleep or focus on anything. 

Q: Does humeraat e musaahara happen with just a quick touch? I was taking my baby from my father in law and could have touched his hand or it was my babies skin im not sure, and then the thought came that I am touching lustfully. I'm not sure if it was lustfull or not. This happens a lot. What can I do about it?

Q: Somedays ago my father in law was ill. He is 76 yrs old and suffering brain stroke. When he was ill my mother in law was taking off his shirt because he was sweating. But she couldn't do it, so I helped her and touched my father in law's hand. Then I saw that his hand and my husbands hand is almost same type. I did not know what was the exact feeling, is it funny or surprising. Then I didn't give attention to it and I normally helped him. It was total of 1 or 1.5 min that I touched his hand. But I can remember very clearly that I felt disgusted when I touched his body because he was sweating. Then I removed my hand and washed it. Does that cause any harm in my relationship? My father in law cannot walk by himself, can't do anything without other's help. He can't move when he is lying in the bed. He can't even take his meal himself.

Q:

1. If a woman looks at the private parts of a man without lust, does it establish hurmat-e-musaaharat?

2. A woman looks at the private part of a man in a picture or an image and feels lust, but she does not know whose private part this is. She does not know with whom she has established hurmat-e-musaaharat. Now if she is about to marry a man, should she doubt that those private parts may be of her future father in law and the groom is haram for her to marry. As she does not know with whom she has established hurmat-e-musaharat, what should she do?

Q: For hurmat musaaharat to be established, is it necessary that shahwah be felt at the exact time of touching. Now suppose a man touches a female. He did not intend to touch her with desire. But their hands were together for a few times. At this time the man felt lust. That mans, shahwah was not present at the beginning of the touching, but it came when the hands were in contact of each other. Does it establish hurmat musahara?

Q:

1. If a man’s hand accidentally touches the hand of a female and any of them feels lust, does it establish hurmat musarrat even though the touching was accidental?

2. If a man or woman is not sure about their feelings at the time of physical contact that whether they felt any desire or not, does hurmat musarrat establish?
