Q: I once went through something in my life and I promised Allah that I would give up something dear to me i.e. I would never read novels again if He removes that problem. It has been a year since and I have not broken the vow but I find it very difficult and I find myself just wasting the time away. What must I do as I am very confused?

Q: Mere 12th ke exam the to mene ye keh diya tha ke Allah mujhe pass karde me 40 din ki jamat me jaounga par phir mujhe pata chala ke asa karne se jana hi hota hai pr ye sahi nahi hai. To mene Alah se toba kar li. Result ane se pehli baat hai sari. To kya mujhe jana chahiye ya nahi.
Staying away from sin
Q: I had heard an incident of the past wherin 3 people where closed in a cave and they each looked at a sinful act of their past to which they abstained and then asked Allah to move the rock blocking the entrance and Allah accepted.
This made me think and some weeks later in a depressed state whilst making dua to Allah, I said such, Oh Allah I will try my best no promises to abstain from this sin, please let me be married now. If I lapse into this sin again will I be accountable now for 2 sins.

Not fulfilling a vow
Q: My wife has asked this question, she lost something and in emotion she made a mannat that she will recite 11 times Surah Yaseen, 5 times the next day and 6 times the day after when she will find that thing. Now she has found that thing but forgot to recite the first day, i.e. 5 times Surah Yaseen. The question is, is there any kafarah for that?

mere dusra question ye hai ke agar koi admi 40 din ki jamat ki niyat kare or phir use lage ke usne galat kar diya hai or use jana na ho or vo toba karle to kya sahi hai?

Q: Humse ek gunaah ho gaya hai, humne apne board exam ke acche result ke liye 1 lac shukrana namaz , 1000 roze, 100 Martaba quraan ki tilawat etc Mani thi. Kyuki humara result toh bahut kharab aaya tha or maani hui chezo ki mikdaar inni badi thi toh humne chor diya. Aaj iss baat ko teen saal ho gaye hai or humare padhaye ke halat itne kharab ho gaye hai jiska tasavur bhi nhi kiya ja Sakta. Kyu ki mein medical ki preparation kar rhi hu toh inko pura kar pana abhi humara liye mumkin nhi hai, Hume aisa mehsoos hone laga hai mano Allah ka gazab nazil ho gaya ho hum par.... Q: Mera swaal he ki mene kisi kam ke pura hone ke liye kuch nazar mani thi q ki kafi din bad kam pura hua isliye me bhul gyi mene kya mana tha to ab kya kaffara ada kren iske liye meharbani krke bta dijiye Allah apko jazaye kher ata farmaye Ameen.
Taking a vow to fast for forty days
Q: I took a wow that if I get employment opportunity which is halaal I will fast for 40 days and go for umrah. Can I start fasting immediately after taking a wow or wait until I'm employed or get a business opportunity? Appreciate your priceless answer. Jazakallah
