Q: If someone did zina with his wifes sister while his wife was still in his nikaah. Does his wife remain in his nikaah or does this nikaah break since her husband did zina with her sister?

Q: I'm a married women who has worked and saved some money. I have two brothers and a sister. My parents are elderly now and they have never travelled anywhere. My father has some debt. Can I take them with my money for hajj?

Q: If a wife proposed for khula and the husband accepted her proposal in front of a government qazi and his assistants without any other witnesses. Is this khula valid or not? 

Q: We live in America and there are some restaurants whose owners are Agha Khani's. They sell meet products and say that they sell only halal meat. Q: My wife had an operation 3 weeks ago inside her womb and since that time she's bleeding like her periods. Is she still required to pray salaah or should she stop praying salaah untill the bleeding stops?
