Many times my cousin's husband used to repeat the words from the tv drama while they were watching. When he heard the word talaaq, he turned to his wife and launghed then he said to her talaq talaq talaq. He said that he had no intention of divorce, does divorce take place?

My life becomes hell because of these waswasas, what should I do? Once I said leave me and he said just to make me realize, 'I give you Tan' he did not used the word talaq or divorce he just said 'tan' then he said how could you ask for divorce even you know it is so bad. Please tell me what can I do? 

Q: I would like to know if the name Lamees for a baby girl would be Islamically appropriate. I have heard that it was the name of a Sahabiyyah but I just wanted confirmation before naming her. 

Q: Me and my husband were living in U.K. I got divorced from him because of continuous arguments through the court of Pakistan. The court sent him a letter to inform him about the case and he received it but didn't hire any solicitor there. I got divorced from him after a few months but he never signed any letter neither said that he is giving me divorce. After two weeks of getting the divorce I got married with another person and I had nikah with him only for a month and I got divorced from him as well. Now I'm back in U.K and my first husband is claiming that I'm still his wife because he never divorced me and I asked through court but with false allegations that's why my second nikah and divorce doesn't count but actually considered as zina. Please clarify this issue I'm so confused.

Q: My husband and I have had a lot of issues for the last 3 years. He gave me two proper talaq in November by saying, I divorce you. Then he reconciled. Again we had some differences and he said a couple of times that "tum meri taraf sey farigh ho". He also sent me two messages saying "you are free from my side and I am not interested in this relationship anymore". He messaged me that this was the last message from him. He then left the house and has been away for a month. Now he's saying that talaq hasn't taken place and I should apply for khula if I intend separation as he had no intention of leaving me despite all his messages and words. Where do I stand?

Q: I would like your advice, other than interpretation of dreams, regarding my first wife. It is understandable the shock she had about hearing about my second marriage, but at that point I did not deny it and I accepted it and told her the circumstances and reasons for taking this step. Now she is in constant denial and acceptance. For a while she relaxes and then starts again, suffering herself and making me suffer too. I would like to say that my second wife is in Indonesia. And I have told my first wife many times, that look at the big picture, I am here, with you alive and well, but she sometimes gets relieved, but after a short while, she starts again. It is affecting me very hugely, because I am in a high pressure job. First wife also had gynecological problems. I am taking her for medical help, but that will only work if she believes in herself .
