Q: My nikkah took place in august and it was decided that rukhsati will be done in December when the members of both families will gather up, as siblings from both the families were settled abroad. No specific date was fixed even though my mother asked my mother in law a couple of times after nikkah, but she kept on making different excuses. My husband and I used to talk on phone once a week and he was absolutely normal yet I could notice some annoyance in his tone after sometime.

1. If the Imaam in taraweeh salaah mistakenly sits down for tashahhud after one rakaat, thinking it to be the second rakaat. After sitting down, he immediately realized and stood up for the second rakaat. In such a case, will he have to make sajdah sahw?

2. And what about if this happens in farz Salaah?

Q: Is there any condition for the Imaam to firstly sit on the mimbar before standing up to deliver the Eid Khutbah, or can he just climb on the mimbar  deliver the khutba without first sitting down?

Q: According to the Hanafi and Shaafi mazhabs, is there any condition for women's feet to be covered whilst performing salaah? (E.g covered with socks) or can it be left bare?

Q: I would like to ask about some issues related to manhood. I am a healthy young man, married and father of kids. My issue is that when I'm aroused while sitting, resting or talking with my wife my penis secretes a liquid that's like oil. It is just a drop or two and that happens all the time when we are in good mood and I am at home with my family. I have absolutely no control to stop it. So is this liquid najis? Does my Wudhu and Ghusal break? If I had a wudhu can I pray while that drop on my undergarment is still wet? Can I pray in the same clothes once it is dry?

Q: I had paid 40 thousand for hajj and I have to pay 6 lakh more for our couple hajj but I had given the 6 lakh to my friend. She was in a problem and now is not giving back my money and today she is saying agar Allah ka hukoom hoga tumhara is saal ke hajj ka to main tumhara paise return karogae. Please aap mere is muskil ka haal bataeye mere sohar ko bhi is baat ka pata nahi.

Q: Will it be correct to pay taxes and duties imposed by govt. in India (such as income tax, sales tax, service tax, dutis on commodities etc.) from interest given automatically on ordinary saving accounts by the banks in India? Particularly where a bank account is compulsorily required.

Q: During Ramadaan my mother was sleeping in the same room with me and I wanted to stay up for the whole night in ibaadat. I couldn't leave the room due to purdah and my mother said that she does not mind having the light on, so I left it on for a long while. Was this correct? 2. What takes preference, awaabeen salaah, or helping in the kitchen?

Q: If you're a mazoor and the urine traces never stop, when are you supposed to wash yourself and change your clothes? Also, is it okay to use padding instead of tissue paper.

Q: My wife is having some serious problems with her vaginal path. We had done a lot of treatments but it doesn't work. I didn't have sex with her since 18 months. I don't want to do zina and I don't want to leave her. Please tell me what should I do? Can Islam allow me to do anal sex with my wife if she agrees to do this?
