Simplicity and contentment

Q: How does one reconcile working for the akhirah (which are perhaps commanded or at least recommended: please comment) and working in this dunyah. I am the sole breadwinner of my family and in order for Allah Ta'ala to increase my rizk, increase His blessings, afford for my wife to stay at home and this as a model for my children, need to continuously improve and develop my career. As a result of the above, I am required to devote my time to part time study. Sustaining a career requires life-long learning of the worldly things. Is this permissible and in conformance with Islam? Notwithstanding reading of Quran, ta'leem, deeni studies are in place Alhamdulillah.

Adolescence

Q: I would like to know what is meant by adolescence being an age of madness according to Shariah? Also, what is the Islamic perspective on adolescents? I am doing research for a Madrasah assignment.

Shab-e-Baraat

Q: Is celebrating Shab-e-Baraat a Bidah? Some people offer special night prayer (Salaah) and do fateha. What are the Islamic rulings regarding this?

Dowry

Q: Is demanding dowry haraam, makrooh or permissible in Islam? Is giving dowry to a daughter's husband also in the same category?

Urine coming out while sleeping

Q: I felt like my urine came out in my sleep. I touched my pants by hand but couldn't judge. I was feeling some dampness. I then touched the pillow and the blanket to get up and when I checked my underwear was slightly wet. I'm assuming it to be urine. I cleaned the phone etc as I touched it after touching my pants. What do I do about the pillow blanket etc. Are they impure as well. I didn't see any wetness but after touching my pants I touched the blanket and pillow.
