Breaking one's Salaah

Q:

1) If a person's mother calls her whilst she is reading Salaah , and she is not sure if it's urgent or not, does she have to break her Salaah? Is there a difference if it's fardh or sunnat salaah?

2) If a person's husband is stuck outside the house because the door is locked with the key in and a lady is performing her Salaah, and the husband needs to come in then get farigh and proceed to musjid, should she break her Salaah. Again is there a difference if it's faraaid or Sunnats?

Laylatul Qadr

Q: If the night of laylatul Qadr has begun in some parts of the world but the night of laylatul hasn't occurred in other parts of the world, then does Angel Jibreel and other Angels visit only those parts of the world in which the night of qadr has begun and not the other parts of the world? Because Angel Jibreel comes down to visit earth on laylatul qadr. So when the night of laylatul qadr begins in those other parts of the world, does he come down to earth again to visit those places where it's happening?

Hadith question

Q:

1. “He who has a morning meal of seven ‘ajwa dates will not suffer harm that day through toxins or magic.” (Bukhari, Hadith 5327 and Muslim, Hadith 3814)

2. ‘Aisha reported Allah’s Messenger as saying, “The ‘ajwah dates of al-‘Aliya contain healing, and they are an antidote (when taken as) first thing in the morning.” (Muslim, Hadith 3815)

3. Aisha reported Allah’s Messenger as saying, “The ‘ajwah dates of al-‘Aliya taken as the first thing in the morning, in the state of fasting; contain healing for all (kinds of) magic or toxins.”(Musnad Ahmad, Hadith 23592)

4. Narrated ‘Urwah: ‘Aisha used to order to make a habit of or taking in regular intervals seven ‘ajwah dates, in the state of fasting for seven mornings. (Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba, Hadith 23945).

I have a question on these hadiths. The first 2 hadiths state that the ajwa dates should be taken in the morning and the last 2 hadiths say they should be taken in the morning when fasting. Hadiths 3 and 4 probably refer to suhoor time if I'm correct . But Islamically, morning time begins at fajr time, and eating is prohibited at fajr time for the fasting person since this begins their fast. But a fasting person has suhoor which is before fajr time and is still considered as night time. My question is that why does the last 2 hadiths refer to suhoor as morning time when suhoor is eaten before morning time( or before fajr time) because Islamically morning time begins at fajr, and suhoor is still night time? And a fasting persons meal is eaten before the morning time Islamically.

Permanent ligation

Q: My wife got three babies by operation. During all three I have consulted many doctors and hospitals to have normal pregnancy but it was not done. My three babies were born in 2002 ,2005 and 2008. During the third pregnancy there was very serious health issue of my wife i.e. sugar , anaemia, joint paint, etc. The Dr before operation told me I must allow her to do operation to avoid further pregnancy. I checked with one Mufti saheb he said as per Dr report you can agree. I signed the document but due to some complication in the operation the Dr was not able to do the second operation to stop pregnancy but she told and warned me I must do this later. Alhamdulillah after six years I again got a 4th baby. My wife is pregnant and expected Mid of April. I am Saudi Arab. During this eight month she again have many complication i.e. sugar , anaemia, joint paint etc. Still As per Doctor this time they will not try for normal operation as earlier all three were not normal. Please Advise. Shall I do the Operation to stop further pregnancy? As per Dr I shall do the operation to stop further pregnancy.
