Marrying a Christian

Q: I married a Christian girl and conducted the Nikah myself - i.e. I got two non-Muslim witnesses, asked her if she accepted my proposal based on the Mahr I gave her, she accepted and I then read the Nikah Khutbah, and confirmed that I have accepted her as well in my Nikaah. First Question: Is my Nikaah Valid? Secondly - things did not work out and I have subsequently given her 3 Talaaqs telling her that I divorce her in front of two Muslim male witnesses. If she reverts from Christianity - can I remarry her (perform Nikah again) or not? (Does she first need to remarry someone else etc.)

Doing security for bars

Q: Is it permissible to work events at a bar/ brewery doing security. They have nothing to do with alcohol. They just do crowd control and access control. Moreover the person works for the security company not for the bar. They have the contract so he gets called for events for ex: weddings, auctions, dinners, parties etc Most part is doing games at the air Canada Center for raptors and leafs and sometimes at the bar.

And the other question is I am currently a full time Imam in America and I do interfaith. There is a class coming to my mosque next week no the boys and girls will be coming together what do you advise me to do separate both of them or talk to them together?

Speaking lies

Q: I never do very well as I normally do in my exams and due to fear of my father, I had forged some of my results and made them higher to present to my father. When I was doing this action I had the frame of mind that by doing so, this deception is allowed because I am preventing any harm to family ties between myself and my father. I do not know if my thinking has any basis on this 'white lying' notion.

(1) Have I committed haraam and just made everything worse with Allah Ta'ala by justifying and 'halaalizing' the wrong?

(2) If so, is my foolish act of 'justifying' it to myself tantamount to kufr?

(3) In addition to Taubah, if I have committed a wrong, is it necessary to reveal my proper results to my father? This incident happened about two months ago.

Advertising online

Q:

(1) I wish to advertise online for a certain company. They will pay me for the advertising I place on the internet of their products. Before doing so, I have to enter in a contract with them that I will not use any copyrighted materials on a website I run. Else it would be illegal (in the eyes of kaffir governmental laws) and violation of our contract. Is it necessary to honour this agreement I may make with them? I consider copyrite to be not recognised in Shari'a.

(2) The agreement also has a number of other mundane clauses and conditions that do not have a Deeni implication like above. For example, the agreement states that I cannot advertise on a certain type of website, or give someone a link to their website via email. If I agree to their 'operating agreement', is it necessary to follow all these laws?

(3) If not, will I be sinful for dishonouring my 'operating agreement' contract with them?

(4) Similarly, will any potential income from this business operation be haraam or 'tainted' if I do not follow the permissible clauses of the agreement/contract?

Water falling onto the toilet seat

Q: I used to make istinja while standing. I used to pour water on the hands and then wash my private part and water would fall on my clothes and floor. Now someone told me that I should sit on the toilet seat and make istinja. But my question is that if I sit on the toilet seat and while washing water falls on the toilet seat, does the seat became impure. There is every chance that when I pour water on private part it will drip.
