Q: My mother has been disrespecting the Ulama' in our local area, by back biting and insulting them to us her children. What advise should be givin to my mother and is this allowed?

Q: For as far as I can remember I can't think clearly, there is a lot of weard and bad thoughts in my head. I often have the feeling that it has no benefit for me to live anymore, and also that I have no Imaan. I do know that I have an Imaan because I was born as a Muslim Alhamdulillah, but I am not feeling it if you know what I mean. For example, if my mother says to me ''Go and listen to Naat Sharief'', then a voice inside me tells me why are you going to listen Naat Sharief. It has no benefit (Astaghfirullah) and who is Rasulullah (Astaghfirullah). So I have a lot of bad thoughts inside me which is very difficult for me to get rid of completely. That's what I mean by I can't think clearly because I don't have these bad thoughts only in Islam, but everyday, everytime about everything. You can also say that I can't be myself and I never was myself, because I can't feel myself due to these thoughts. I myself think that this is Waswaas from shaitaan, but I am not sure. I have this problem my whole life until today. I often get suicidal thoughts. Please help me. I want to benefit from my life and especially from this month Holy Ramadhaan.

Q:

1. If I fast and have a severe migraine with vomiting nausea dizziness, is the fast valid?
2. Too much coughing, fever and headache, low sugar, is it compulsory to fast?

Q: I would like to know if a women is on the pill and her period is due on a monday, if she bleeds a little on the Thursday before and she knows it's not her period (bleeds just for a few hours) must she break her fast and stop reading namaaz? And if a women takes the pill to stop her bleeding during Ramadhaan and she spots a little must she break her fast? 

Q: I want to know if it's Halaal to write and publish books of imaginary stories, such as tales, novels, etc. where I Glorify Allah Ta'ala, and I speak about the beauty of Islam?

Q: I want to know that if we read quran by only the Urdu meaning with out the Arabic words, do we can get the same sawaab or not?

Q: I just wanted to ask do we have to read 20 rakaats taraweeh? As some people say you can read 8 rakaats.

Q: Could the Respected Scholar kindly explain the following Zakaah queries:

1. Some poor (zakaah liable) individuals are owing us money (R1000). Can we settle their debt (R1000) as a payment for our Zakaah and exclude the amount (R1000) from our total Zakaah?
2. If the above is permissible, do we have to inform the liable debtors that they can keep the loan amount (1000) as Zakaah, and the debt is settled?
3. If No.1 is permissible, are there any other conditions, requirements etc.?
4. If No.1 is not permissible, what should be done and how will it effect our Zakaah?
5. How and when is Bad Debt Defined for Zakaah?
6. What's the ruling for Bad Debt?
7. Is it correct to say and understand; that if we don't Qualify to  pay Zakaah, then we Qualify to receive Zakaah?
8. Does owning a House (personal not commercial), Car disqualify one from receiving Zakaah, even though one does not qualify to pay Zakaah?
9. How does an Interest (Allah Ta'ala forgive us and make its repayment as fast as possible) loan effect the Zakaah? And how is it deducted etc.?
10. What's the Status of the Zakaah given to an individual which one was certain is liable, only to find out he is not? Is the Zakaah fulfilled? Is repayment necessary?
