Q: This is regarding child custody post talaq/khula. From my research I have been able ascertain that the children are eventually given to their father. My question is, do the children have any say in this? Will they be asked with whom they wish to live with? My sisters husband has an extremely good reputation outside the house, however at home his wife and daughters are terrified of him. My sister does not wish to abandon the kids by taking khula. How does islam tell us to approach this situation?

Q: My husband has recently handed his unpaid accounts owing to him, over to a debt collector. Recently he has found out that the debt collectors are frauds, they don't exist. I know his debtors haven't as yet settled their accounts with him, should he inform them of these bogus collectors.

Q: I have a question regarding sood. I have a bank account by which I credit interest. I wanted to help the poor people by distributing this money. Interest is not my earned money, I get it from the bank. I never keep it for my personal use. I was just wondering if this is a sin for me. Will I be questioned at Day of Ressurection? Please help me as soon as possible. 

Q: How many times should and what time is best to read darood taj and how much is it effective? Can we read at night time?

1. It comes in the Hadith about zuhr sunnats that time the heavens are open. Does that mean we should read our zuhr sunnats immediately after zuhr time begins to get this virtue. 
2. How do you work out zuhr begining time? When is zawaal how long before zuhr? If zuhr starts at 1:12. Can you read nafl at 1:00. If zuhr starts at 1:12, can you read sunnats after Azaan? I heard you should wait 5 minutes. Why is that?
3. Sun rising, setting and zawaal you can't read anything. Can you bury someone at that time?

Q: In Hadith it comes "Allahs qadam". What does that mean?

Q: My nikah is very soon Insha Allah. My question is about nikah in the Musjid. It is compulsory for a girl to go to Musjid for nikah or it can be done in the girls absence. My father in-law does not want me to come to the Musjid for some reason.
