Taubah for making gheebat

Q: I've made gheebat of many people but now I have repented.

1. Is it necessary to ask them for forgiveness as they do not know that I've made gheebat about them?

2. If I've made gheebat about somebody many years ago and they knew about it at that time but most probably forgot it now, do I have to ask them for forgiveness?

Opening a kids entertainment area

Q: I am a businessman from Pakistan. I was looking into a new business opportunity which is in the kids entertainment industry. I was keen to know whether this sort of business is halal or not.

Basically we are looking into opening a kids play area which will have a softplay area and will have a few games like sports e.g. rock climbing or similar games. Mainly our focus will be kids of all ages but we are expecting teenage girls and boys as well. We won't be able to segregate the play areas.

Secondly, we might also have video games which include cartoon characters and some small rides for kids which are shaped as animals or cartoon characters. I am fully aware that music is haram so we are not planning to use any kind of music in the background.

Wife using her right to issue a divorce

Q: Recently I found out that my husband only married me for a visa since I am a US citizen. We haven’t consummated our marriage. Also he doesn’t really love or care for me. We havent been in contact for over 6-7 months. In my nikaah, I got the right of divorce from my husband (delegated right of divorce to wife). I want to end this marriage.

1. Can I just pronounce I chose myself or I am divorcing myself from you 3x over a text and send him a notice too, will my divorce be valid?

2. Do I have to seek khula or I can just get divorce by saying it.

Interacting with people

Q: Please advise me on the following and how I should respond.

I have been attending a musjid for a considerably long period ever since I moved into the area like 6-7 years. Whilst attending the musjid, nobody was welcoming and friendly. I'm quite wealthy, but I dont like showing of my wealth so I remain as a normal person, no fancy car, everything normal. Actually under normal, you won't even want a lift in my car.

So after some years, people started to find out that I'm actually wealthy, and now they starting to be friendly, and make conversation. I greet but I feel they only doing this now because they know I'm rich? Specific people have been racist to me straight for 6 years, but when they found out about the companies I own, their attitude changed.

I was brought up to think that its not the wealth or the lineage or race that is important but his belief in Allah Ta'ala and his pious nature. How must I interact with these people because they cleary like me because of money and nothing else. I have been testing them and gave them 6-7 years.
