Q: Can we give clothes, books, etc. in Sadaqatul fitr?

Q: What is the status of a persons marriage if he gives his wife 3 talaqs whilst intoxicated? Does it change if he was forced or unknowingly became intoxicated? Is the consensus amongst all imaams?

Q: Is it permissible to eat a fish that a shark has bitten half the body off whilst reeling it in?

Q: Whats the ruling on a new born child? We performed aqeeqah after 7 days, gave some food in sadaqah and we had a Quraan khatam after 40 days. My question is about the 40 days thing, is it cultural or an Islamic sunnah?

Q: A police stopped a brother for speeding 91km in a 80km zone. So the brother asked him for a chance and told him that he just did some charity and if  the police could spare him. The police replied that since you just did some good deeds why not do a good deed for the police as well and give me something (money). Is that a bribe or a gift?

Q: I have done a civil marriage with a non Muslim girl who will convert to Islam, but has not yet converted due to some financial problem. I have tried to get the nikaah registered but they are asking +/- 10,000 for registering and certificate. Now I have one child. Kindly assist on how to get the nikaah properly and how can I correct my mistakes.
