Q: Someone lost money and I found it. They said that I should keep it. I said "wallahi I'm not gonna take it"Their intention was to keep it as a gift. After I gave it to them they gave it to me to put in the sadaqah tin. Because I took it in my hand do I have to give kafaraah? My intention when I said "wallahi I wont take it" I meant as a gift.

Q: Can I make dua without raising my hands, for example "Ya Allah, give me health ameen" then read durood and that's it. I have a habit of making short duas every hour or so.

Alcoholic repenting and planning an umrah trip
Q: A family member who occasionally consumes alcohol had his last drink on the 3rd December 2018. He wants to reform, go back to salaah, Quraan and is planning an Umrah trip in January 2019. Please advise what ibaadah is accepted (salaah, dua, zikr, Quraan) if not when will his ibaadah start being accepted by Allah and when is the earliest he can perform umrah?

Q: If I forgot to sit in tashahud in the last rakaat of Asr Salah and stood up, what should I do now?
