Selling a musjid

Q: My query is about a land of 22 marlas in the name of my brother which we want to sell and that piece of land has a 2 storey building on it. We were running a school there for almost 20 years. In the building we have a 1 marla mosque in the corner properly built with a mehrab and now due to some financial reasons we want to sell the building. But due to the mosque in the corner, nobody seems to buy that building as it requires an extra attention. In the name of what to do with that cause it covers 25% of front look.

First we thought that no azaan is given properly in the mosque and nobody comes to that mosque because it is closed after school hours so we should consider it a piece of land too and sell it. But when I asked my ancestor about it then she told me that this mosque is here from day one when my grandfather bought this land about 25-30 years ago (we changed its location from left to right corner and built a proper masjid) and this 1 marla of land is devoted for the mosque. So now we cant touch this land and are bound not to sell it but we also can not separate this piece of land from the whole property.

We are in desperate need of money so we have to sell it. If we would sell it and build a mosque of the same area in another spot after receiving the amount of that piece of land or give this money to any mosque or any well fare trust or something will it be ok?

Earning by deceiving people through fake websites

Q: I am an Internet marketer I have been working since 4-5 years as a marketer. Let me explain to you what kind of work I do? Also, I want to know if its income is haram or halal.

First thing, I buy a domain, I pay for hosting and create a site, its actually a fake site which contain content like Free Super Market Coupon, Free Movie Tickets, Free Airline tickets. What my site says to visitors is that they will get a coupon if they share the site with friends. Actually they never win a coupon, its a fake site created by me, when they share the site, they get redirected to an offer page, which has an image of a coupon on the back and tells the user to register or fill in a survey to get the coupon. When they fill in the survey or register with that offer I get a lead like $1 - $2 for each user. When the user shares the site with someone or if a visitor shares the site with their friends and they also visit the same site, they also share it, so my site goes viral. I want to know whether earning like this is haram or halal?

Using a new passport to avoid umrah visa fees

Q: In their thirst for mock Umrahs, travel operators in South Africa are defrauding the Saudi Government. They are advising prospective travellers to apply for a renewal of their passports earlier than required even though the traveller's current passport is valid and not due to renewal until after several years/months have lapsed. In other words, a traveller can have more than one valid passport and they use their latest passport to apply for UMRAH visa and they renew it again for future trips.

This means that the prospective traveller can travel for Umrah multiple times during a 24 month period without paying the additional repeat Umrah visa fee of SAR2000.

This is causing the SAUDI government a loss of revenue and is a false representation of the traveller's historical travel.

The contention from the prospective traveller is that the repeat Umrah visa fee is Zulm and therefore they are not liable for the Saudi Holiday Visa Fees. They also stated that the Ulema are doing it so why shouldn't they do it as well. Please advise if this current trend is permissible for an upright Muslim ?
