Giving advice to people online

Q: I am a teenager and have an online account where I try helping others who suffer from depression, suicidal behavior, etc. It is an anonymous account so others do not know that I am Muslim. I always get asked for advice, but this time I need it myself for someone who suffers from intense depression. A girl asked me, how does she come out as bisexual to her homophobic parents? I haven't really answered her question, seeing as it's completely against Islam, but I don't want to mention my religion so quick because it'd put Islam and Muslims in a bad light. However, I can't go against Islam either. Please help. Maybe it's a chance for da'wah?

Taking permission from one's father over the phone to get married

Q: My father and my mother has been divorced and I live with my mother. My father lives far from us and does not want to have any contact with me. I want to be in contact with him but he does not want to. I am getting married soon so can I just take permission from him over the phone or is his presence necessary at the time of nikkah?

Ownership of a property that was registered under someone else's name

Q: My father purchased 10 shops in our country while he was in USA. Due to his trouble travelling back to have it registered in his name he told his father to have it recorded on his name and he would transfer it once he comes back. Few years passed and the father passed away. After that there were family issues and they transferred the owner ship from the fathers name to his brothers named. Now when his status is good to travel and his family has grown Alhumdulilah, he wants the property back onto his name. Now all the brothers and sisters are saying that it is their father's property as it was under his name. My father has proof of payment and everything but yes, unfortunately the property was under his father's name and not his name. He always mentioned to his father that one day I will have it under my name but never could. Now, can he ask for the property back as he is the one who purchased it.

Watching movies with devils and evil spirits

Q: My question is if a Muslim watches fictious super hero movies like spiderman and other super hero movies in which they show a super hero getting alive again after death. The superhero that is considered god of thunder, and other fictious movies which show devils, evil spirits (horror) etc. in. Does watching all these superhero movies nullify a person from Islam? I know watching movies is not permissible but I want to know does this nullify Islam? Because lot of children and adult Muslims watch super hero and horror movies of these types and enjoy.
