Q: My wife got a separation from me through court and that is khula. No divorce word is mentioned. I did not take mahar amount from her. She also took my 3 million rupees and did not give me back at that time and not yet even. I love her and we have 2 daughters. Khula is done on 8th January 2018. I am giving her all amount of her expenses also. After two months we had intercourse with an intention to live together again and I promised her that nothing will go wrong by the grace of Allah. Is her khula valid after all this? What do I do to bring her back?

Q: Can a man divorce one of his wives if he is unable to do justice?

Q: From many years, I had lost tarteeb (organisation) in every work. I feel like somebody is running after me. From eating to studying, working to driving, etc., in every field I have lost tarteeb. As a result, I leave every work midway. Kindly give me some advice.

Since they are all correct mazaahib and its only a matter regarding food shouldn’t it be jaaiz for me to eat them, if not could I not atleast eat/taste them once.

Q: My wife is passing through the period of nifas (the blood which comes after the birth). She stopped bleeding before the completion of 40 days and she took a bath. Now can I have sex with her? 

Q: I have an auto loan (Islamic) on which some amount is outstanding. I also have a personal loan which I took out for investment. In order to calculate the net wealth for zakaat, am I allowed to deduct the total outstanding loan amount?
