Adultery

Q: I went with a guy to his house three times when his family was away and without the knowledge of my own family. We kissed and I removed my shirt for him and he sucked and licked my breasts, but I kept my pants on and we did not have any sexual intercourse. We just got intimate to this extent and nothing more. I am now regretful of all of this and want to repent sincerely to Allah. Will this be considered as committing adultery? How do I ask for Allah's forgiveness?

On finding out she was at her parents house and I involved our community to sort this dispute out. She had the condition I get a separate house which I did but she still refused to come. She has been proved before the community that she has been lying and also on one occasion she stole my documents which were confidential, she took this documents away from me without my knowledge. My main concern is the welfare of my baby and further more with all this kind of attitude of lying and stealing my daughter may develop this kind of attitude. I want advice on the custody of my daughter, can I get my daughters custody under such a circumstance having have proved that she has been lying to an extend stated in the letter of khula is that she wants a separate house and that I have refused which is also a lie and the community members are a witness of the same. Tawbah after throwing one's turban on the ground in anger

Q: My friend has a question about tawbah. Once he was very angry and threw his Imamah on the ground. He now keeps thinking it will be a means for
his loss in knowledge. Right away he regretted his actions. He wants to know, does proper sincere taubah for all such actions related to Azmat of things such as the Imamah reverse any ill effects? ( he says he will never do such disrespect to anything).

Hanafi leading Shaafi'ees in Salaah

Q: I am situated an area where Hanafi madhhab is minority, and I regularly lead the salaah at the local Musallah. I am a Hanafi. Please can you clarify the following, as I don't want to create any confusion in the community:

  1. Is it permissible for me to lead the Asr salaah, even though the Shafiee time is followed?
  2. For Fajr and Zohr salaah, if I have not performed my sunnats as yet, should I decline to lead the salaah?
  3. When leading taraweeh: If majority of the jamaat performs the sajdah tilaawat in 17th para, and not the sajdah in 23th para, do I have to do this as well, or do I do as I have been taught?
  4. Witr in Ramadaan: Can I lead the witr, as I believe the Shafiee method is different?
  5. Recently, one of the brothers, while leading salaah performed sajdah sahw, by making both salaams, then 2 sajdahs, then immediately 2 salaams to end the salaah. Is the salaah correct, as I have been taught differently?
  6. I notice that the Imaams in the area say something in Arabic before the salaah, which I believe is related to straightening the saffs. Is this a sunnat, and if so, what exactly should I say.
