Wasting water

Q: There is a Muslim brother who waters his lawn all day. The water runs off on to the road. I as a Muslim know that water is a gift from Allah Ta'ala. How do I approach my fellow Muslim brother in Islam and tell him not to waste this precious gift from Allah Ta'ala? His neighbours who are Hindus only water their lawn for a few hours and it does not run on to the road. The saddest thing is he is a Moulana.

Dream

Q: In my dream I came out of a beautiful house and walked into large very green garden, surrounded by green fields and tall trees, and when I looked up I saw three beautiful green and blue parrots playing on the branches.

Experiencing difficulties in the business

Q: I have a fast food business and hotel for the last 11 years. I have worked very hard and developed the business very nicely. From last year 2012 it is going downwards and I am suffering from various problems. Business is not good and I have money problems and loan problems. I attend namaaz and I read many things in the day and night, but I can't understand what is happening in my life and in my business. My condition is becoming very bad day by day. Please tell me the solution or give me any wazifa so I can get some help.

Discharge of women

Q: If a girl thinks of the opposite gender, some normal day to day things, nothing romance and she is not sure that something has came out of her private parts. She suffers a lot of vaginal discharge everyday. So she performs her namaaz but afterwards she sees a white mark on her pants. Must she repeat her namaaz?

When should the muqtadi commence his Salaam?

Q: In a Shafie masjid, when the imam makes salams at the end of the prayer, the congregation waits until he has completed both salams, then they make their own salams. Sometimes the salams of the imam are lengthy, making the congregation wait for a long period (longer than 3 subhanallahs). If a Hanafi follower also delays his salam in this manner (waiting for the imam to complete), will his salat become invalid due to delaying a wajib (i.e. intentionally delaying the first salam)?

I am heavily in debt. Is it permissible for me to take zakaat?

Q: I am a 32 year old married muslim male with 2 kids. I have been unemployed for 3 years and struggling to earn an income to match my living expenses (water/lights share, food, school fees etc). Also, I am in debt in the region of about R500 000 due to previous business debts. My Family and I are currently living with my parents and I have no possessions to my name (property, stock, car etc). My wife buys and sells goods as well to supplement whatever little income I am currently bringing in. Is it permissible for me to collect Zakaah to cover my living expenses and to repay my debts to Creditors?
