Q: My big brother passed away. I adopted his son. Can I use my name as his father as the child does not know about my big brother he only know that I am his father?

Q: I wanted to know that if a person is aroused by thinking of something else or seeing someone else but his mother in law is sitting next to him but he is not aroused by her in anyway nor is his attention on her but because they are sitting next to each other both body is in contact. Does this count? Also say you touched a woman with lust before marriage. Can you marry her daughter?

Q: Is there any dislike in joining ayats when reading the Quran, i.e. reading "Ar-Rahmani-Raheemi-Maliki-Joami-Deen" instead of "Ar-Rahmani-Raheem" followed "Maliki-Joami-Deen" (the 3rd and 4th ayats of Surah Al Fatihah)? Or is there no preferability between joining or not?

Q: A born Muslim girl is married to a Christian boy with her fathers consent. Her father (our close relative) told us that his happiness lies in his childrens happiness.

1. Can we break our relatioship with that relative and his family.
2. Even now also he does qurbani  in his daughter name who is now a christian. Is that ok?

Q: A local Aalim in our area said - " Married person will get more reward for all the Islamic activities like - Salaah, Dhikir, Going out in the path of Allah etc. than the unmarried person .... "

Is that true? Is there any references for that kind of Reward for Married person in Qur'an and Authentic or any Weak Hadiths? That Aalim gave a reference like - "whoever gets married, he/she completes the Half of Deen" ... Can this be a reference for the mentioned issue? What does it mean actually? Should a male/female get married soon to receive more rewards for his/her prayers? Or, it has no validity in Islam in the light of Qur'an and Hadiths?

Q: The following info has been taken from AL-GHUNYA LI TALIBEEN by Abdul Kadir Jeelani(r.a). There is a special salaat to be performed in the month of rajab, this salaat can be performed after maghrib or ishaa, this salatul haajat makes up a total of 30 rakaats, it is read in 3 stages: first 10 rakats are read between the 1st and 10th of rajab. The second 10 between 11th and 20th of rajab, and the last 10 between 21st and 30th of rajab. The niyyah is am reading 2 rakaat salatul haajah O Allah for the sake our master Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam with the birth of whom you have illuminated the entire world and the for the sake of your auspicious month rajab grant me relieve from the troubles of this world and the hereafter. Its read in 2 rakaats each in both rakaat you should read allhamdu, 3x suratul kaafirun and 3x suratul ikhlaas, its better if its read on a friday or monday night. So i have read 20 rakaats in the first 20 days but now I have gotten my periods and by the time I'll be paak it will be Shaaban so is it ok if I read the remaining 10 rakaats in the month of Shaaban although in the niyyah it says shaaban?...Because I don't feel like leaving it incomplete.

Q: Please explain the concept of this hadith - Hadrat Anas Radi Allahu Taala Anhu reported that the Messenger of Allah Peace And Blessings Be Upon Him has said, “Everything has a heart, and the heart of the Qur’an is Yasin. Allah records anyone who recites Yasin as having recited the Qur’an ten times.” [Sunan Tirmidhi, Vol 2, Page 116 - Sunan Daarimi, Vol 2, Page 336]

What does reciting of Yaseen is equal to 10 Quran mean, what will be rewards of reciting the entire Quran which would also include Surah Yaseen? Is reciting Surah Yaseen superior to reciting Quran, please clarify?

Q: My uncle financially helped my father in buying a house in which we are currently living 32 years back without telling that he is giving loan to my father  He is living in uk  and in these 32 yrs also he never talked about this or about other money he gave to my father. Now after 3 yrs of my fathers death when we want to sell this property he is asking 50 percent of the money showing one letter inwhich my father has written to him that his name will also be in deed. But my father for the whole life told that this is his property and his brother has only helped him. 

What is sharaii ruling in this situation?

Does uncle shariatan has any right on this property?

We are ready to give if shariat says that he has right otherwise not and he is father has intentionally cut his name from the deed and so he can go to the court also. I know nothing about these things. I only that my father was not liar. What should I do?
