Is foster relationship established through drinking the milk of animals?

Q: I have to ask one question relating to Razaa'at or foster relationship. If an adult person of any age or infant child or child of any age drinks the milk of any kind and type of animal, whether it is the milk of cat, cow or any animal which gives milk either the animal is halal or haram, so is the relationship of Razaa'at or foster relationship established with the animal or it's only established with the milk of human beings?

Subjecting one transaction upon another

Q: My friend is planning to buy a petrol station. However, he requires R3 million and he only has R2 million with him. He asked me to help him by giving him R1 million so that the petrol station can be registered under his ownership. Thereafter, we will follow the conditions below:

Condition 1: He will give me full access to run the business for 3 years and all expenses and profits will accrue to me. He will have no share or involvement in the business for 3 years.

Condition 2: I have to give him a monthly rent (as per the current market in that location) for running the business on his property.

Condition 3: After 3 years, he will return the R1 million which I had given to him at the beginning. He says that this money will be considered as a security deposit and any damage or loss occurred during these 3 years will be deducted from it. Is this deal halaal or haraam?

Educational games

Q: I'm a game developer, and I had a plan to sell my game. I've read your fatwaa regarding computer games which one is halal and which one is haram. But I've still got questions about it.

My game is an Education Real Time Strategy games that teach and train user in math, physics, chemistry, ecology, and business management. It contains problems to be solved on other to make the users understand the concept in science such as Calculus , mechanical engineering, etc. In my game there will be some fictional places (levels) and units (building, trucks, train, heavy equipment), but the unit like building factory, farm, transportation, plantation will be imitating those what we saw in real life.

There are no music, or living things like animals, human, fantasy creature in my project. I'm trying to avoid any prohibited aspect from islamic teaching in my project.

My Question are:

1. Is this type of game permissible for me to sell? if not please give me advice to makes it halal. - Is it permissible to sell Education games that contains fictional but based on reality places like arbitrary farm, city, lakes, ocean, etc? considering that the purpose is to train the user to calculate the solution of problems based on as much conditions possible.

2. Can you give me a concrete examples of what type of educational video games that is halaal for muslims developer to sell? For examples like Cities Skylines, Sudoku, Transport Tycoon, Railroad Tycoon. Those are examples of games that i think halal because it is educational, no music (or even if there is, the music can still be turned off), no living things creation like human, animal, fantasy creatures etc. But i still want to know your opinion.

3. Is it considered helping other in sin when i sell my products to Steam, Amazon Appstore, Google PlayStore, Apple Appstore?

4. Where can i get halal certification for my games? Can you provide the address or contact?

Distributing the estate of one's father

Q: I want to know about inheritance (wirasat) matter according to Islam. We are three brothers and one sister. My father has passed away and he left 2 lak Rupees in the bank. He wrote my name as a heir (waris) in the bank. He didn't verbally say or wrote anything at home stating that I am an heir (waris) in his bank balance. Do my brothers and sister have the right to divide the money among them? The bank does not want to give anybody the money except me since my name is written as an heir only.
