Q: I was praying the 2 rakaats of sunnah for the Esha salaah. After tashahud in the 2nd rakaat, I stood up and recited Bismillah and Surah Fatiha, whilst reciting I realised my mistake. What should you do in such a situation? It has happened to me before.

In my fingernails, some of the upper nail layer are peeling because I have peeling my nail bed. Must water enter under these peels. I have harmed my nail a lot. Q: I recently got breast abscess and the doctor advised me to take a shower down from the breast. I want to ask that if I need to take a compulsory bath like after periods or intercourse, how do I perform ghusal since we have to clean the full body including head. Please guide me.
