Property distribution

Q: My grandfather married my grandmother after the death of his first two wives. He had 2 sons and 2 daughters from his first wife and no children from his second wife who died during her first delivery. My grandfather and my grandmother (third wife) also have died and they had three sons and three daughters. Now there is a property in the name of my grandmother (third wife) and we wanted to know.

1. Who all will inherit from my grandmothers property?

2. What will be the share of each inheritor?

Verification of a narration

Q: I read this somewhere:

Marne wale ko ru-ba-qibla (Qibla-rukh) karo (uska chehra aur dono qadmo'n ke talwe Qible ki taraf kiye jaayein). Jab aisa karoge to Malaika uski taraf mutawajjeh honge aur Khuda bhi uski taraf mutawajjeh hoga (uspar Rehmat naazil karega) aur jab tak uski Ruuh qabz na ho jaaye wo barabar usi haalat mein rahe (taaki Khuda aur Uske Malaaika ki tawajjoh ka markaz bana rahe).

Is there any such Hadith like this or is it fabricated by Shia.

What should a woman do after being given one Talaaq

Q: My husband and I have been married for 15 years, we have two children. About 7 years into our marriage i discovered that he was not being faithful and was seeing a woman. At the time I decided to carry on with our marriage dispite of this. For the sake of my children. However his affairs continued one after the other. He would apologise and I would carry on, again for the sake of our children. About two years ago I could no longer accept what he was doing and he made me feel impure. So I no longer allowed him in my bed. From that day till last night he has not mentioned or discussed why I won't let him sleep with me. Last night he told me he wanted to be with someone else and he couldn't live like this anymore. Fair enough. He said he will be looking for another partner to marry, he said he will have to talk to other women and court them to find the one he wants to marry. I said to him that this is harram as he is married to me. He can divorce me and then be with whoever he wants to be with. He then divorced me once. My question is what is divorcing once mean? Am I no longer married to him? What should I do to ensure I follow the correct rulings in regards to divourse in Islam?

Performing Salaah on the 1st and 2nd floor of a musjid

Q: In few mosques there are arrangements to offer prayer with jamat on 1st and/or 2nd floor along with the ground floor. I heard from some elder person that if the distance from one row (of jamat) to the subsequent row is greater than 2 row's size than prayer of the person of the subsequent row will not be valid. Hence if the roof's height of the ground floor is higher than the 2 row's size then the prayer of the person (offering prayer) in jamat on 1st floor will not be valid. Is this case true?
