Inaudible Dua after Salaah

Q: I would like to know the ruling concerning dua after the congregation in the masjid. Should it be done audibly or should it be done inaudibly. Some people take offence at the fact that in certain masjids the day after congregation is made inaudible and they feel that because it is a congregation we should make the dua are similarly for everybody in an audible voice.

Suspending a talaaq

Q: My sister and brother in laws abuse me very badly so I told my husband that I won't cook food for them. Then my husband said that if you won't cook food for them then I have also one condition that you have to leave your mother forever and never talk to her otherwise our relationship is over. On this condition I decided to go to my parents home then my husband stopped me by saying that do whatever you want but don't go. Then we started living as husband and wife but again he started forcing me to cook food for them and the argument continued but one night on 6 October 2016, I told my husband that why are you always forcing me to cook food for them as I have told you that I won't cook. Than my husband said that I have also told you that leave your mother otherwise our relationship is over talaak. Since then I am living with my parents. My husband says that come back I have not given you a talaak. Please tell me whether I am divorced or not?

Qadha namaaz

Q: If anyone starts to offer 5 times namaz at any time of his life, so is it mandatory for him to offer all the due salats (Qaza-e-umri) first, which he has not been prayed since he was 12 years old?

Uttering statements that lead to kufr

Q: Recently I have heard one scholars speech regarding kalima e kufr (saying bad words about Islam even in a joking way) can cause an individual to become a kafir and his nikah will break.

Actually my wife used to make comments about my beard some times that she doesnt like it and it doesnt suit me. The scholar said that saying this will make her a kafir (in the video).

Please suggest whether my nikah is valid and if not then how do I renew my nikah.

eBucks

Q: I have an Islamic account with FNB and I receive ebucks for every time I swipe my card or buy things online. Please advise if I would be able to use these ebucks?

Impermissible practices in weddings

Q: Just wanted to ask the ruling and some advice regarding an Islamic wedding. My weddings coming up soon and Ive been told that my spouse is not allowed to sit to eat with me on the wedding day. The wedding will be fully segregated but is the groom allowed to come into the womens hall to sit next to the bride to eat? They will be no massive entrance that all the women will look at the groom entering. Also the table will be in the corner of the hall and only immediate family would be sat around. So is this allowed? As Ive been told I am not allowed to see my spouse at all until the end of the wedding but isnt a wedding day meant to be spent with the one you are marrying? The nikah will be done weeks before so Im guessing its ok in Islam to sit next to your spouse on the actual day.

I have learnt that the best nikah or wedding is the one with the least expenses. Alhamdullilah we have spent on a budget but its just these few problems that have appeared. Also Ive been told that cutting a cake with your spouse is against islam too. Is this true? Maybe its not a sunnah but is it forbidden in islam? The cake would be cut towards the end where there is only close family left. So im confused as to why it is not allowed.

I have also been given many negative thoughts about married life. For example if I was to be upset about something my in laws would hate me for it and my marriage wouldn't work out. As long as I know marriage is meant to be a happy step in life. I know some parts would be upsetting like leaving home but why am I getting negative thoughts about marriage. I have already thought the worse about everything and it has got the better of me. Im just confused and feel sad about getting married now. As all these thoughts have filled my head up and i can no longer see any positive in my life or the future. I just need some advice on this matter.
