Q: I am 47 years old and head hairs are almost white. Can I use hair colour? Please guide.

Q: I have question regarding Tablighi Jamaat and their work, although it is not a time to ask this question as there is already some differences among them, but I am forced to ask this because as per an old proverb it is said that “Excess of everything is bad”.

I consider Tablighi Jamaat as a most influential Deeni work and consider it to be Haqq as our Ulema-i-Haqq does, do support them, I try to help them by any means whatever is possible. I consider the tasks of  Tablighi Jamaat a best way to spread the message of Allah Ta'ala, but in spite of above mentioned facts and Fazaail, it must clear to all of us what is its Status of Tablighi Jamaat  as per Islam/Shariyat.

Mufti Sahib for the sake of Allah Tala, kindly answer me the below questions and I am asking only for the sake of Allah Tala.

1. What is the Sharia Status of  Tablighi Jamaat (and its work),  is it Fardh, is it Waajib, is it Mustahab. (Kindly me the what is Ijma (إجماع) on this work)

2. If a person has a little free time and he has a choice to either go to attend Tablighi Aamaal or to help her wife and parents at home especially
when the kids are small, and he is not in a position to have a female servant or any helper who can help their family members. As per Shariyat Which one should he give preference? And for his own Islah he spare 1-2 Hours time in a week to attend his Sheikh’s Majlis.

3. What is the rule of a person or a group who consider Mustahab work equally as a Fardh, who insist or compel others to perform Mustahab work as are done for Fardh or Waajib.

4. Is there any Sharia rule,  that if a person comes near to Deen becomes religious with the help of some  Deeni Work  e.g Tablighi Jamaat, now is it compulsory for him as per Shariyat to do this work?

5. If a person has a time to attend Tablighi Jamaat and Tablighi Aamaal but still he does not attend either of Tablighi Aamaal, he consider it as one of the Islamic Work and tells I do not have Munasibat with this work, I do support it, but I will do the Deeni work by other means. Is he a Sinner as per Shariyat?

Q: If you don't pray five times salaah, are you still a muslim? even though you believe in them that they are obligatory.

Q: If you leave behind debt, would you ever enter Jannah?

Q: Does Allah accept good deeds like giving charity, saying zikr and durood shareef person who doesn't pray five times per day. I was told if you don't pray your five times fardh salaah your good deeds doesn't get accepted.

Q: 3 days ago my husband gave me a divorce in one message by saying that as per your wish, talaq talaq talaq... And you are free from my side. But I have my periods in these days. Someone told me that when a wife is not in taharat, talaq cannot tak eplace and she gave me a refrence of Hazrat Umar (radhiyallahu anhu), that once he gave talaq to his wife in anger, and when he asked Hazrat Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam), he said wait for her to become pure then you can give her a divorce if you want to... kindly guide me.

Q: Enchanteur Talcum powder having mention ingredients as talc, fragnance, benzyle, benzoate, butylphenyl Methylpropional, hexyl cinnamal. Is this powder permissible to use?

Q: My mother did not assign her gold bangles to anybody before she died. Should they be shared with her children?

Q: Will an oath be valid if it is made in the heart without uttering it?

Q: Because of some thoughts that came to my mind, I thought talking to a friend is shirk so I planned to stop talking. For that I called that person and informed that person that I won't be talking to that person anymore and that is tha last time I was going to talk. We talked for while, when I was talking I felt like I was committing shirk by talking to that person then I thought that I will commit shirk this time and ask for forgiveness from Allah and stop talking to that person. After that incident I got to know that it was not shirk to talk to that person so they told me to talk to that person now am talking to that person but still am confused that if I was ready to commit shirk because of that person did that mean I comit shirk and I gave more priority to that person than Allah because in that time I thought to commit shirk one time and ask for forgiveness so after I think like that is it shirk to talk to that person now ??? Is there is any way to make it normal ... I asked forgiveness from Allah if I have committed any shirk and now am talking to that person as normal because that person is not more important than Allah but still .. is there is any shirk in talking to that person now ???? Or did I commit any shirk by thinking like that while talking that guy?
