Q: A person who is already eligible for giving zakat, if he is a government servant and he takes loan for house building from government and has to pay installments from his monthly pay for this loan. Is zakat wajib on this house building loan?
Q:
1. With regards to the 2 rakaats of nafl salaah of Zuhr, Maghrib and Esha. Is one allowed to make a double intention, e.g.: Nafl of zuhr + taubah?
2. Can I make multiple intentions for tahajjud salaah e.g.: tahajjud + shukr?
Q: Please clarify: My haiz cycle is such that I bleed every 15 days for 9-10 days complete. and sometimes I bleed before my 10 days of haiz. In Ramadhaan my haiz completed 10 days. On the 14th day of my clean days I started bleeding again. And it continued like that till the end of my haiz period. (2 days istehaza + 10 days haiz). my query is this. My time of haiz begins at 3pm on the 15th day of my clean days. I checked before 3pm, prayed asr and only checked again after maghrib. Do I repeat the fast of this day as qazaa or is the fast valid.
Q: I want to ask, I'm a Muslim wife and in the state of anger I committed a sin...Me and my husband used to fight everyday in the start of our marriage. One day I got frustrated and in the state of extrme anger I said why Allah did this to me... I'm angry with Allah... and from now I'm not a Muslim... Q: I am a working as a teacher from the past 7 Years. I had a student who be my student for 4 years. She wears proper Hijab/ abaya in my presence. In the third year she called me Baba (Father) and from then we became father and daughter.
Now my question for you is that is it allowed in Islam to have any relation like this?
Secondly and most importantly she sometimes puts her head on my shoulder and I, many times give bosa (kiss) to her head only. Till now the intentions are pure but is it allowed in Islam? or just to have relation is allowed or bosa (kiss) or other acts like this are not allowed.
Q: If a Muslim tells a lie intentionally or unintentionally or by mistake or he breaks an oath if he can't keep it or breaks it intentionally or because he forgot or he does not pay someone's amanat will he remain a Muslim?
Q: I know that a woman cannot read salaah due to her monthly cycle. My question is that if a woman hears her husband reciting a sajdah ayaah while she is in her monthly cycle, then does she have to make a sajdah when her cycle is over?
Q: I am by profession a freelancer and also a teacher. In the current situation I have observed that giving education has emerged as an industry to earn hefty amounts. There are different cases that I have observed. Academies just know to snatch fee in different ways. I have aim to provide free quality education. But my problem is that I cant support all at a once. For that I have come across an asset management company. Where our individual investments are invested in various other company's stock, shares, debentures, debt securities. They disburse the payments in case they earn the profits. These companies have policy to stand equally responsible in terms of losses. As for profits are concerned we are not given a fixed percentage, instead proprtionate to profits. I am wandering whether to invest in such companies in order to support the poor students. I am bit confused that if these companies invest in such activities where they will generate interest income. Whether i can use these profits or income for the betterment of poor students. So that they may avail the opportunities in education. I want to provide them a platform where their dreams may come true.
Please guide me whether I can invest in such company and can utilise that amount just for the sake of spreading education. And give them relief from such academies, who are just cutting their pockets. Please help me in achieving my goal.
