Inheritance

Q: My father passed away some years ago. At the time of his passing the house belonged to him. At that time two of my siblings were unmarried and living with my parents. A family member advised to sell the house and distribute the proceeds according to shariah. We did not do this at the time due to my mother and two siblings still living in the house. So to avoid any complications we all agreed to give my mother the house and put it on her name. Was this the correct procedure?

My siblings living in the house looked after and maintained the house up to now. Now my one sibling got married and has moved out and the other is about to be married. He would like to now sell the house and purchase another house in another area. This new house will be on my mothers name but my sibling who is getting married will live with my mother there. Is this the correct procedure or should my fathers house be sold and each person be given their share of the inheritance?

Consulting one's parents in regards to nikaah

Q: I'm a twenty two year old female, and I have met someone I am ready to get married to. Alhamdulillah he is an Aalim and a qari. My parents, on the other hand don't want to give it a chance. They refuse to even meet him. I don't know what to do because I just have positive thoughts about this. I acknowledge that meeting him out of nikkah was wrong but I just want to make it right. Please advice.

Omitting Salaah in college

Q: I usually get dropped off to college around 9AM and by the time I get picked up from college, the time for zuhr and asr prayer are already passed. Is it sinful for me to not be praying those salah? Is it okay for me to make up for the missed salah by praying the optional rakats of Maghrib and Isha?

Bribery

Q: If you can please enlighten me about a business like custom clearing and forwarding in Pakistan. You are the middle man between government and importer. you are forced to give bribe to custom officials in order to make them work otherwise they will linger you. They call it fees while government pays them already. From a sweeper till collector everybody works in this manner. Please guide me in detail or guide me where I can get detail to save my imaan.

Everyone kept telling us how we look like such a good couple and were happy. Later I could notice how people use to be jelous of us. My husband is still good for the next 3 to 4 months. Now all of a sudden his really bad and we have had blackmagic dome on a number of us. How do I know if today our relationship is at stake because of black magic? Is there any dua that could change my husband his very tempered, use to like another girl , and is always brainwashed against his wife and son.
